Everything came out looking professional.
Our back room, which is an addition to the house, had extensive damage in the crawl space from rodents. All the ductwork was damaged, so the room had no air or heat, and all the insulation fell. The crawl space is too small to work in, so the only way to fix everything was through the floor. House Doctors were the only ones to show up to give us a quote. Everyone else either never got back to us or showed up for the appointment.
Once the work got started, it went quick and smooth. Christian, Cassidy, Everette, and everyone else that worked on our project did a good job. They also didn't overlook the small finishing touches, and everything came out looking professional.
Now our back room looks better, is actually insulated, and won't be so cold with winter coming up.

This was the first time in my life I experienced a major water issue in my home. I came back the day after Thanksgiving, and as soon as I walked through the door, I was met with a nightmareāmy kitchen and living room were flooded, the ceiling was torn up and leaking, and upstairs, the bathroom had two inches of standing water. A Great Experience with House Doctors
What a great experience! We decided it was a good idea to partially finish our basement right before Christmas. So I called 2 places to get a quote. House Doctors of Strongsville got back to me immediately and had someone out to give us a quote a few days later. The other guy didn't respond for a week. Very thorough quote! Of course, I had to change a few things... lol.. they came out again and we had the quote within a few hours. They started within a few weeks and the guys that we had in our house for a week were so nice and hard-working. They cleaned up before they left each day. And would tell us what time the next day and boy were they prompt and professional! I wish every contractor would take a lesson from House Doctors of Strongsville! I think we've finally found a good quality company that can take care of all of our remodeling projects!

Tony is amazing! He came out to our home in May '24 to paint our walk-in pantry in the kitchen. First off, he was so nice, respectful, and thorough in discussing my expectations and the project itself. He took pride from the moment he walked into our home until he got into his truck, making sure I was happy with the results. Not only did Tony exceed my expectations, he went above and beyond with making small repairs to the shelves, woodwork, and his attention to detail was incredible, along with the painting precision not just to the walls, but each and every shelf! He had all the materials and tools he needed, and even a cutting-edge industrial dryer! He cleaned up and left the floors sparkling clean! I was in a bind and needed repairs done quickly to sell a house. House Doctors of Strongsville did not let me down. Within a week I received an estimate, appointment, and got all of the repairs done. And it was during the Labor Day holiday. Two different guys came out, at different times, and they could not have been any nicer and were very professional! An added bonus is they do it all so you don't have to call around and make appointments with different companies. They are a one-stop shop. Do not hesitate to call them. I can highly recommend them.
