"This was the first time in my life I experienced a major water issue in my home. I came back the day after Thanksgiving, and as soon as I walked through the door, I was met with a nightmare—my kitchen and living room were flooded, the ceiling was torn up and leaking, and upstairs, the bathroom had two inches of standing water.
