The technicians were prompt and professional. They both did quality work and weren't afraid to answer any questions we had during the process. They picked up after themselves daily and did a nice cleanup when the job was complete. We will highly recommend this company and their techs Wayne and Scott.

I told Gerald all my concerns and he talked me through the process of this project. He sent me a detailed bid that was competitive, gave me a timeline and I agreed! Jeremy was simply fantastic! I am not just writing to compliment what Jeremy did, also, how hard he worked. Everything Jeremy did was AAA, busting his rear end. He was fast, honest, and most of all, very trustworthy. Not to mention very religious, which could be construed as me being too Godly. Believe me, you have a very personable man who I could trust. It's not easy for me to trust in my home, but Jeremy's work ethic was nothing short of off the charts. Please give the man a raise if possible. You don't find trustworthy people like him hardly at all these days. Of course, he met all of my needs. I can't explain how much work he did for my little house, which means the world to me. As far as the work, I was so relaxed with Jeremy doing extra quality work in my house that I was at peace with who was doing the outstanding work with my house being so old and, yes, neglected, he gave me my house back. So I could not be more pleased with Jeremy and House Doctors in general! Thank you for the hard, quality, honest work and, yes, since Jeremy did such an amazing job, I will use you guys for definitively many more jobs. I am not going anywhere because Jeremy and House Doctors started literally saving my house. I am sorry to type so much, but I have to say this. Jeremy and House Doctors are the way to go. I was very impressed with HOUSE DOCTORS, and their bid and actual work was very professional. I had exterior stucco that was loose and letting in a lot of cold air, and they were able to seal the house back just before this recent blizzard that hit Kansas City. Had they not worked with me on dates and scheduling repairs, we would have suffered this recent winter's blast in discomfort. I appreciate their work ethic and getting the job done before the storm... and they did it well.

The doors now function great and he trimmed them out to look great too. He also repaired and patched cracks and holes in drywall. House Doctors saved the day! A week before we were expecting our second baby, our kitchen sink backed up on one side. We decided we wanted to cap the drain that wasn't working and use only one drain and update our sink to a single drain sink. House Doctors was able to squeeze us in the next day (a Friday) and install the new kitchen sink and troubleshoot some interesting plumbing challenges. Since they were already coming out, we also asked them to replace a cracked toilet in our home. They were fast, did a great job, and we felt like the quote they gave us for the work was very reasonable. Thank you!

My husband and I were very impressed with Gerald, the House Doctors Northland. We couldn’t afford to replace all of our casement windows; Gerald was able to find the operators for our 24-year-old windows, caulked all our windows, and repaired a broken window for a fraction of the cost of replacing all of our windows. Gerald was very honest about what could and could not be done. Scott, who did the repair work, was excellent, quick, efficient, and cleaned up after the job. I will be contacting Gerald this spring for additional house repairs. It’s difficult to find a company you can trust to do these household repairs for a reasonable price, but I would recommend the House Doctors Northland to anyone. Lynn B

Absolutely love this handyman company! Professional, efficient and courteous! Had a cluster of small jobs and painting with door repairs. Raccoons chewed through the bottom of my doors and Scott, my tech, was awesome on the repairs and painting! From moving a very large mirror, to hanging a sword bracket, and repainting my back door and front door awnings and mounting a flag pole bracket in addition to my training room door repairs, I couldn't be happier!
