Absolutely awesome. This was my first time using House Doctors—and it will not be my last. David and colleague Mario were efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. They tackled each job presented to them with budget in mind, but without any hesitance to bring bigger concerns up so we could decide to address or hold off on them. They treated the house with respect and were very conscientious about walking through the house with foot coverings if so desired, as well as being mindful of closing doors behind them or turning off lights when done with a room. I had them do gutters, replace a faucet, replace a t-trap, address caulking and loose linoleum at the bottom of the tub, and weatherproof some cracking on the side of the house. They had such a professional and helpful demeanor! If something needed to be fixed or replaced within the job they were doing, they did so, but if there were components that could be restored or simply repaired, they used existing materials, which helped with the cost. They came prepared with all of the tools and supplies they would need (minus the faucet, which we provided), and were very time-efficient with their service.

They fixed the caulking around my tub and windows, replaced some rusty old vents in my bathrooms, matched the paint perfectly to the paint already there for some touch-ups, and they are coming back tomorrow for more. They covered everything in the bathroom before painting, fixed a few things in the gutters. Even my dogs loved them. They brought an extra guy today; Sean was great and helped so much, and they're even coming on a Saturday to finish the job, even when they didn't have to. Wonderful company 💜💜💜
