In preparation for selling our house, and after we had moved out, I wanted to have some of the simple wear and tear items taken care of as well as putting a new rail on our back deck. Jimmie and James from House Doctors of North Charlotte came to my home prepared to perform the work included in the estimate.
I found both technicians to be well qualified for the work they performed. All my concerns were very carefully taken care of. When they left, my home looked better than it did when we moved in. It had been a new construction home when we moved in.
The entire process was straightforward from initial contact via the website to estimate and through work completion.

He went above and beyond, even before I selected them, trying to help me with vendors for other services. He was always so responsive.
The work done by Jimmy and James was great. They were so friendly and kind and easy to talk to, not to mention the extra effort they put forth into making sure everything was taken care of as desired. I enjoyed having them in my home for a few days. His communication was again fantastic.

Five stars all the way. Brian, the owner, was great to work with and he had one of his handymen, Jason, come out to do the job. Very experienced and knowledgeable guys. My wife’s “honey-do” list got a little too long for me to catch up on, so I called for backup and they came through! We had several things done: floorboard replacement, drywall repair, appliance installation, and a leaky tub faucet. Professional, efficient, and courteous throughout the entire process.
