If I Could Have Given Him 10 Stars I Would Have
Sorry to be late posting, but I’m still amazed by the quality of the work done by House Doctors in Gastonia. I had 5 or 6 areas, several really bad, that needed drywall repairs from water damage. I had several quotes but went with House Doctors because of the professionalism of my salesman. The work began a couple of days after my quote and took 2 days to finish and was done by my salesman. I wish I had done before and after photos to post. He also went beyond by identifying the cause of the needed repairs and went on my roof and identified a couple of areas and repaired and even regrouted several areas of my brick work. I hope that’s a good explanation. Amazingly, I had used several different colors of paint, and he painted each repair, and I can’t tell there was ever a repair done. If I could have given him 10 stars, I would have. The kicker is that his quote was the highest of the three. He also left me a list of about 50 other repairs he could do… I don’t have to [use] any other companies if other projects are ever needed. I know I’m long-winded, but I wanted to leave no doubt as to the quality of the work by House Doctors.

I recently had HouseDoctors handle the reinstating and reinstalling of my living room ceiling, along with painting it, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Peter, Hernan, Bonner, and Ryan were absolutely professional from start to finish. They worked cleanly, kept the area tidy throughout the project, and paid close attention to detail. After the painting was complete, I noticed a few touch-ups that will need to be addressed, but they acknowledged them right away and will be returning next week to resolve them. The ceiling looks brand new, and the paint job is otherwise flawless. I truly appreciate their craftsmanship and professionalism—highly recommend!

Technicians Jeff and Trevor did a great job replacing four 6x6 deck posts that had rotted. Both technicians had to crawl into a low space 2 feet above the ground on their hands and knees and dig out the old concrete footers and posts, replacing them with new posts and setting them on concrete piers 24 inches into the ground. This job was extremely difficult, but Jeff and Trevor handled it with great skill and determination. If I had to do the job myself, I would have keeled over and died of heart failure. Both technicians are extremely polite, and the quality of their work is top notch. We are extremely pleased. We highly recommend House Doctors of Gastonia and will definitely use them in the future. I had a leaking toilet that had rotted out the subfloor underneath it. They came out and not only replaced the subfloor but also did touch-up painting in the bathroom afterwards. Who said you can’t have something done fast, cheap, and with quality? Because they have not met the House Doctors! I needed my sliding glass door repaired, and they were out in just a few days, took less than an hour to fix, and were BEYOND reasonable in their pricing. The 3 previous quotes I had were five times the amount (yes, 5 times). Wade was very clear on the work to be performed (did it faster than expected as well) and cleaned up after the repair. I was very impressed, and they just earned a customer moving forward!
