They were respectful, professional, and incredibly understanding while my kids and I were home the entire time they were working. Dustin and Flynt were especially kind to my curious two-year-old, treating him with patience and kindness instead of making him feel like he was in the way. What started as an insurance claim for our shower turned into a much bigger project, but they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done the right way. Their priority wasn’t just getting the job finished—it was making sure our family had a clean, safe, healthy, and fully functional bathroom.     "I am absolutely thrilled with the work JW and Jamie did on my house. They were on time, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. They worked steadily and took time to answer my dozens of questions. They estimated 5 days of work and finished in 3 days without it feeling as if they skipped or slighted the job. They cleaned up the site before they left. The first guy in was Chad, who gave me the estimate in good time. The crew was able to start earlier than I expected. He was also on time and polite when we met. The estimate was right in the ballpark of the work to be done and priced fairly. Last in was Chris, also friendly and kind. He was here to collect the fee for the service and to look at another project. I will call the House Doctors again. There are very few things they won’t or don’t do in terms of home maintenance and builds. The knowledge they have collectively on all things home related is shared in a helpful manner. (Ladies, this means no mansplaining, just knowledgeable answers.) The two floors were taken down and rebuilt, and they have shored up another until I can get them back here for the last one to be rebuilt."
