The property needed quite a bit of work, and they did an amazing job bringing it back to life. They handled everything from new flooring and painting throughout the property to kitchen and bathroom updates, ceiling and wall repairs, and several other fixes that came up along the way. Mark is very easy to work with, his pricing is reasonable, and most importantly, he's reliable. He communicates well throughout the project, and if he comes across any additional issues, he lets you know right away and talks through the options rather than just moving forward without you knowing.
