Nick grew up doing home projects with his dad and even worked on his first house build as a teenager. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a background in product development, he brings both hands-on skill and technical know-how to every job.

As Field Operations Manager for House Doctors of Orlando, Zailon oversees the daily scheduling, quality control, and project flow that keep our jobs running smoothly. He works closely with our technicians to ensure each project is completed with precision and professionalism, while also serving as a key link between the field team and our clients.

With a strong background in hands-on project management and customer service, Zailon is dedicated to making sure every homeowner feels cared for and confident in the work being done. He is known for his attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to the “Polite, Professional, Precise” standard that guides all House Doctors projects.

Outside of work, Zailon enjoys problem-solving and building practical solutions, a skill set that translates directly into the way he supports clients and technicians alike. His leadership helps ensure that each job not only meets but exceeds expectations.
