Jason was responsive and was able to take a look at the store because he happened to be in the area, less than 15 minutes after I called! The store made a point to let me know that the tech, Kevin, was extremely nice and they would like to have his services again at their store! Handling facilities management for all of my clients' locations can be difficult, speaking to vendors when you are not in that area of the country, and House Drs of Ft. Myers made it easy! Fixed our leaky roof, fixed the hole in the side of our home, and made it look like it never happened! They said they would show up on Tuesday, and they did! The estimate of what it would cost was spot on. They cleaned up after, and everything they worked on was first-class work. I highly recommend them; you will be happy with the service and keeping their word! I plan to have them return for additional work. They do everything! A big thank you to them!"
