They’re a company that knows the importance of communication with the customer and they do it very well! Response to my inquiry for work that needed to be done was expedient and thorough. Not to mention that Richard didn’t email me or text me back, he called me. In this world of AI and technology, the phone call was a welcomed surprise. Being able to speak person to person was great!
As the work I wanted done wasn’t typical work, it was also nice to be able to speak with Richard to explain the job. I shared some photos and links to some items that I was going to purchase to complete the job. Richard was very helpful, shared all the information with his tech James, and they were able to give me a quote for the work.
I did talk with one other company, but after working with Richard, I quickly decided that I wanted to work with House Doctors.
James was the tech who came to my house and did the job. James was professional, courteous, and very skilled. Even though there was a slight hiccup, it did not stop James. He came up with a solution. He went to Home Depot, came back, and was able to proceed with the job. James did an amazing job!
The work entailed cutting through block in my garage in order to create a vent hole and weep hole for a portable AC unit.
Not a typical job, but professionally done nonetheless!
I noticed that House Doctors logo includes handyman professionals and home improvements. I agree 100%. They are handyman, professional professionals.
I would hire this company again over and over and will hire them for any additional needs in the future! I also highly recommend if you’re in need that you also hire this company. It’s a win-win.
