    Ti Did a Fantastic Job!

    Ti Did a Fantastic Job!
"Called House Doctors for a couple of projects I needed done before we put our house up for sale. Ti was the pro that came out. He was very professional and polite. He walked me through everything he would do in the estimate and he scheduled a day to do the work the following week. He replaced our window sill and now it looks good as new. He also fixed a ledge/seal under our storm door. Ti did a fantastic job. The work was finished quickly and for the right price. Would recommend House Doctors to anyone needing quick fixes around the house."

    Amazing, Amazing Group
“Whatever job you need, they are highly professional, fast, and good at what they do.”
    Amazing, Amazing Group
"Amazing, amazing group. Whatever job you need, they are highly professional, FAST, and GOOD at what they do. Another contractor was unable to finish a job, and they were able to come SAME DAY and take care of all issues that were left unanswered. Inspection first so costs and logistics are clear between all parties, work is quick and efficient, and payment is done at the end once you are satisfied. Left the place clean and made sure everything was done according to expectations. Could not recommend more. If you have home concerns, I am confident they will be able to take care of your needs, especially when they were able to take care of the fast pace and quality requirements needed for opening a dental practice."

    Kelly’s Exceptional Communication
“Kelly went above and beyond to ensure my concerns were addressed.”
    Kelly’s Exceptional Communication
"I recently used House Doctors of Virginia Beach for some home repairs, and I want to especially commend Kelly for her exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills. She was always responsive, kept me informed every step of the way, and went above and beyond to ensure my concerns were addressed. Her professionalism truly made a stressful situation much easier to handle. The technician, while very kind and courteous, seemed to always be in a hurry to get to another job. He was frequently late, and the work he completed didn’t quite meet my expectations. I appreciate his effort, but I believe there’s room for improvement in punctuality and the thoroughness of the work. Overall, Kelly’s outstanding customer service has left a positive impression, and I’d consider using House Doctors again based on her dedication. Thank you, Kelly, for your excellent support!"
