    "We have been working with the House Doctors of the Seacoast since May 2026 and have had a full roof replacement, concrete front step removal, and new stair construction. There were many things that came up along the way, but Sean and Devon were very responsive and set up plans to navigate the unexpected things that come up when making home improvements to an older home. Miguel worked tirelessly on the front steps and pivoted many times to make sure that the front stairs aligned with what we hoped for. He also did a fantastic job on the roof and definitely knows all the ins and outs of roofing. Osmar and his painting team did a great job painting our kitchen ceiling as well!
