I needed a storm door and an exterior door installed, along with some kitchen tile work, and everything turned out excellent. The pricing was fair, and the quality of work really showed. Mark, the owner, came out personally to give the estimate and was very personable and easy to work with, which made the whole process feel comfortable from the start. Jodi handled all of the communication and scheduling, and she did a fantastic job keeping everything organized and running smoothly. The work itself was completed by Marty and his assistant Jeff, and they were both great. Marty was especially helpful—he explained what he was doing and why, and even offered helpful ideas for the project. Overall, a very professional and positive experience."

    "I needed someone to hang Christmas lights. I was fortunate to find House Doctors of Mooresville and more fortunate that they come to Lenoir. Great communication from the start, determining what I wanted done and giving me an estimate. We set the date for installation of the Christmas lights and removal in January. Communication continued with confirming the appointment a few days before and again the morning of. I was sent the name and photo of the technician who would be coming. The techs were friendly and worked steadily through a light rain. The lights look great!"

    "I used The House Doctor to construct a linen closet in my home. I was told by Mark (the owner) that the project would take approximately five days to complete from start to finish, and it did. The professionalism and knowledge of his technicians were the best I’ve ever seen. I’ve had lots of projects done in my home before, but this was outstanding and amazing. I would recommend The House Doctor to anyone who may be planning a project of their own in the near future. If I were to ever start a new project in my home again, I will not hesitate to call on The House Doctor. They are absolutely the best. We absolutely love our new closet, and we also love The House Doctor. If you came into my home, you would never know that the closet wasn’t built with the house. The workmanship and the matching of the woodwork were seamless. Great job, guys!"

The first visit offered some suggestions and then an estimate for the work. We easily agreed on a convenient time/date for completion. The installer arrived on time and went right to work after reviewing the agreed extent of the work. It was completed, and then he asked me to review the project. All done to my satisfaction. I recommend this company highly."
