    "Truly excellent work by Todd replacing my wood rot! It looks so good that you can’t notice anything was replaced, almost like it never had rot in the first place! I was hoping I wouldn’t need to replace the whole windows for a bit of soft wood and was quoted by other window repair places that I would need to replace the entire window as a sales pitch, so Todd’s dedication and transparency was so refreshing. He really knows his stuff! I never felt compelled to leave a tip for a repair job but he deserved it! He was working so tirelessly and non-stop that I was checking on him to make sure he ate something!
